Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数個の棒状ヒートパイプと、こ杆らヒートパイ
    プの一端側の平坦面部にそれぞれ１個ずつ取付けられる
    半導体素子と、前記複数個の棒状ヒートパイプが所定の
    間隔を隔てて挿通され該ヒートパイプの熱を拡散子るだ
    めの複数枚のフィンと、該複数枚のフィンを保持するた
    めの保持板とを具備したことを特徴とする半導体放熱装
    置。
  2. （２）保持板は、ひだが形成されていることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の半導体放熱

  3. （３）保持板は、放熱促進用孔部力卵成されていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の
