なっているコンタクト係止機構に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is mainly based on a connector in which contacts are inserted and removed in the axial direction, and a part of the housing protrudes into the contact insertion hole, and the tip of the contact is extended into this and is bent between the U-shaped connections. The leaf spring contacts and deforms, and its restoring force pushes the contact toward the bottom of the contact insertion hole in the housing, keeping the protrusion formed on each surface engaged with the hole to prevent the contact from falling out of the housing. The present invention relates to a contact locking mechanism.

enters the insertion hole 5 of the housing 4 and passes through it while deforming the locking spring 3, and the locking spring 3, which is released at the locking spring hole 6, returns to its original angle and locks the female contact 1 to the housing. However, since it is a small item, there are many unreasonable dimensions, for example, there is not enough clearance for punching out the locking spring 3, and due to friction etc., the deformation during the insertion process may not completely recover, or it may not be possible to completely restore the deformation during construction or transportation. Damage to the spring part was also likely to occur.

3, but since the material is plastic, if the female contact is pulled in the direction of the cable 17 with strong force, there is a possibility that the locking spring itself will be destroyed.

This improves reliability by separating the spring mechanism.

This prevents them from becoming disengaged.

No, the elastic deformation is caused by the above spring part 28.

In practice, the spring strength is required to maintain the locking function against the maximum external force that the connector receives, and this depends on the material dimensions of each component. It is decided.

その効果は極めて大きい。As described above, according to the present invention, the locking protrusion does not need to take into account spring properties, can be made short and has increased strength, and the spring part is also free from force in the axial direction of the contact. First, since the wall surface of the protrusion of the housing is simply pressed, it will not be damaged by external force such as force in the direction of the cable, and since the spring part is formed inside the contact part of the female contact, it should be removed before inserting the contact into the housing. It has many advantages, such as almost no deformation during the process of transporting construction work, etc., and its effects are extremely large, along with improved reliability.
