In such a configuration, a variable resistor V is connected to the diode D3.
'The setting signal of R1 is input, and the potential at point A of capacitor C9 gradually rises due to the action of the integrating circuit. At this time, the reference voltage of the comparison amplifier 11 is set by the resistors R19, VR2, and R20, and when the potential at the point A becomes larger than this reference voltage, the output of the comparison amplifier 11 becomes the level "■". As a result, a current flows through the gate I of the bidirectional thyristor 12 at the previous stage, turning the bidirectional thyristor 12 ON, thereby triggering the gate 1 of the bidirectional thyristor 9 and turning it ON. Here, the setting value (reference voltage) of one terminal of the comparator amplifier 11 determines the minimum input of the electric blower 8. By increasing the input value, the slope of the integrating circuit is changed, and the conduction of the bidirectional thyristor 9 is changed. Control the input by changing the time. Next, the operation of the zero-cross detection circuit 17 for such a timer circuit 10 will be explained. Now, in the positive direction of AC, transistor Tr2
is ONL, 1 to lunge; then Tr3 is turned OFF. therefore.

1-transistor Tr4. Tr5 is OFF. Therefore, at the moment when the alternating current changes from the positive direction to the negative direction and crosses zero potential, the transistor Trz turns OFF' and the transistor Tr5 turns ON. Therefore, the electric charge stored in the capacitor C9 is transferred to this transistor T r
5, the potential at point A drops to OV. After the zero potential cross, when the operating voltage is reached in the negative direction, the transistor Tr3. Tr4 is ONL, and transistor T r
5 becomes OFF.

As a result, the timer circuit 10 starts operating and charging of the capacitor C9 starts. Then, when the potential at point A reaches a predetermined voltage, the comparator amplifier 11 and the bidirectional thyristor 12 operate to generate a bidirectional thyristor 9 as described above.
turns on. After that, at the moment when the alternating current changes from the negative direction to the positive direction and crosses zero potential, the transistor Tr3. Tr4 is turned off, transistor T r 5 is turned on, the charge in capacitor C9 is discharged, and the potential at point A becomes o■.

In other words, when the AC zero potential crosses, the capacitor C9 is discharged and the timer circuit 10 does not operate, and the transistor T r 2 or T
When r3 is turned on and transistor Tr5 is turned off, the operation of the timer circuit 10, that is, charging of the capacitor C9 is started, and when the potential at point A reaches a predetermined value, the bidirectional thyreiter 9 is turned on. It is.

The charging cycle of the capacitor C9 is determined by the variable resistor VR1.
Varies depending on the DC output voltage. Here, resistor R14
The voltage divided by °R1s does not fall below the set voltage even if the variable resistor VRt is slid in the lowest input direction, so the electric blower 8 will not stop.

However, in our country, for example, the AC power source 7 is 50H.
There are 28 types of power supply frequencies, 50Hz and 60Hz, and the variable resistor V Rz is adjusted for 50Hz and 6087, respectively, and when mass production, it is necessary to differentiate between them, and product management. It is also troublesome, and there are problems such as if the product is sold in the wrong power frequency region, it cannot be used.
