CONSTITUTION:When a handset section 2 is hooked off, a call request of a subscriber is given to a ciphering storage collation section 3 and a call confirming tone is returned succeedingly from the ciphering storage collation section 3 to the handset section 2. The caller dials (1) a ciphering code for registering a predetermined cipher code, and after the ciphering registration confirming tone 3 is stored.
