Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 水分を含み酸素ガスが共存する測定ガスの雰囲気内に配
    置され、前記測定ガスが流入し得る少なくとも１つの細
    孔を有するガス溜室と、固体電解質素子の両面にそれぞ
    れ測定電極および比較電極を有し、前記ガス溜室内に配
    置されて前記ガス溜。 室内に流入した前記測定ガスが前記測定電極に接触する
    ようになされている固体電解質式酸素濃度検出器と、前
    記ガス溜室内の測定カスを吸引し、この測定ガス中の水
    分を除去して前記固体電解質式酸素濃度検出器の比較電
    極部に供給する基準ガス供給機構とからなることを特徴
    とする水分測定装置。
