Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 スパイラルコンベヤ又はカーブに対応する網ベルトとし
て従来は長孔に連結軸を挿通し、長孔の遊動範囲内で伸
縮し得るようにしているが、屈曲が円滑でなく、伸縮率
が小さいためスパイラルコンベヤ或いはカーブ等でも回
転半径が大きくなり騒音も大きい欠点があった。
本考案は一定間隔に配列した横枠相互を二組の連結片で
前後に隣接する横枠の連結片と屈曲自在に連結し連結部
の長さの伸縮を大きく且円滑にし、小径のスパイラルコ
ンベヤ又は急カーブに対応し、しかも直線部にも利用し
得るようにしたもので実施の態様を添付図面について説
明すれば一定間隔に配列した横枠１の両端に、２組の連
結片２．３の端部を回動自在に挿通し、連結片２と３を
、前後に隣接する横枠１，１の連結片３と２とに、連結
片２，３との中心線ａより下方に偏位した点で回動自在
に連結４し、連結片２，３に挿通した横枠１の両端には
駆動用突起５を横枠１と一体に形成し、連結片２，３の
内側にはローラー６を設けたもので、図中７はローラー
受鍔である。
本考案は上記のような構成からなり隣接する横枠１，１
を連結する連結片２，３は横枠１，１間でＶ字状に屈曲
して横枠１，１の間隔を縮小し、屈曲部におけるベルト
の外側と内側との寸法差を無理なく吸収でき、大きな屈
曲性を有するので小径のスパイラルコンベヤ又は急カー
ブ用として最適であると共に屈曲、伸長共に円滑で騒音
がなく、直線でも使用できる。
又連結部４は連結片２．３の中心線ａより下方に偏位し
て連結しであるので連結片２，３が屈曲する場合連結部
４は常に下向きに屈曲し、反対側の搬送面上に連結片２
．３が突出することがない。

４図は一部拡大縦断側面図である。 １・・・・・・横枠、２，３・・・・・・連結片、４・

  1. 一定間隔に配列した横枠１の両側に、２組の連結片２，
    ３の端部を回動自在に挿通し、連結片２と３を、前後に
    隣接する横枠１，１の連結片３と２とに、連結片２，３
    の中心線ａより下方に偏位した点で回動自在に連結４し
    てなるコンベヤベルト。
