、４は給電線である。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一部
分または相当部分を示すものとする。

  1. 空洞付円形、または正方形のスパイラルアンテナにおい
    て、上記空洞の底の形状を中央部が浅く、周辺部が深い
    円形または、正方形となしかつ、深さ方向に階段状ある
    いはテーパ状に形成したことを特徴とするスパイラルア
    ンテナ。
