Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）電極か形成された圧電基板と、この圧電基板を載
    置固定したステムと、この圧電基板上の電極と電気的に
    接続し且つステムに絶縁部材を介して貫通植設された信
    号ピンと、前記ステムと電気的に接続し且つ前記ステム
    に絶縁部材を介して貫通植設されたアースピンとを具備
    した弾性表面波装置において、前記圧電基板上に補助電
    極を形成し、この補助電極を介して前記ステムと前記ア
    ースピンとを電気的に接続したことを特徴とする弾性表
    面波装置。
  2. （２）前記圧電基板上に形成された電極と前記補助電極
    とは同一部材から構成されていることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の弾性表面波装置。
