The two clevises are connected by two opposing bolts such that the open end of the second clevis faces the through hole inside the clevis, and there is a gap on the axis of the through hole into which the steel wire or optical fiber enters. This is a compression type detention clamp for overhead power transmission lines.

The two clevises are connected by two opposing bolts such that there is a gap on the axis of the through-hole in which the steel wire or optical fiber enters, so that the steel wire or optical fiber that exits the through-hole is connected by two opposing bolts. The bolt can pass through the gap at the tip of the bolt, and can be taken out with a larger arc than before, and the length of the first clevis can be shortened.
