    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コイル状のヒータ線を熱処理用炉芯管の外周に一定間隔
    をもってコイル状に配設したものにおいて、前記ヒータ
    線の両端部の給電点より外方に数ターン延長巻回した延
    長端部を設けたことを特徴とする熱処理装置。
