本発明は、リベット形電気接点の製造方法の改良に係り
、特に脚部下端を面取りしたリベット形電気接点の製造

形に予備成形し、次いで第2図Cに示す如くヘッダーバ
ンチ12にて予備成形したリベット形接点素材10′を

(発明が解決しようと1問題点)
斯かるリベット形電気接点の製造方法では、ダイ8とノ
ックピン6との間に第3図aに示す如く5μ程度のクリ
アランスCがある為、第2図すに示す如く接点素材10
をリベット形に予備成形した際、接点素材10の一部が
第3図すに示す如くクリアランスCに入っていき、ばり
13が生じる。この予備成形時点では塑性変形量が少な
いので、ばり13は小さいが、第2図Cに示す如く予備
成形したりベント形接点素材10′をリベット形に仕上
げ成形すると、第3図Cに示す如くばり13が大きくな

(発明の目的)
本発明は斯かる問題を解消すべくなされたもので、接点
素材下端部の絞り込みによる最初の展延する位置にダイ
とノックピンとのクリアランスが位置するため前記ばり
が発生し易いことに着目して、ダイとノックピンの間の
クリアランスに材料が入らないようにクリアランスの位
置を前記テーパから離してリベット形電気接点を製造す

ーパを付したダイの素材挿入孔にセントして、へりグー

ヘッダーバンチ11にて接点素材10をリベット形に予
備成形し、次いで第5図Cに示す如くヘッダーバンチ1
2にて予備成形したりベント形接点素材10′をリベッ
ト形に仕上げ成形して、リベット形電気接点19を製造

(発明の効果)
以上の説明で判るように本発明のりベント形電気接点の
製造方法は、底面中央に細径のノックピンを配し底面周
囲にテーパを付したグイの素材挿入孔に、無垢又はクラ
ッド接点素材をセットして、ヘソグー加工するのである
から、接点素材の下端部の最初に展延する位置にグイと
ノックピンとのクリアランスが位置していなく、クリア
ランスに材料が入りにくいので、脚部下端面に殆んどば
りの生じないリベット形電気接点を得ることができると
いう優れた作用効果がある。またこうして得られたりベ
ット形電気接点は、ガラ研摩した際、脚部下端面にごく
微小に生じるばりが摩滅せしめられるので、従来のよう
に合材の接点取付穴に挿入してかしめた際、及び接点取
付後の使用時に於いて、ぼりのめくれが発生するという
ようなことが無いので、短絡が防止され、常温ONの状
態となることも無く、ばりがちぎれて機器の作動部に入
り込むようなことも無いので、故障の原因を解消できる
