Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は光輝焼鈍仕上げしたステンレス帯鋼の表面に凹
凸をつけ、その凹凸によって木目模様に浮彫したステン
レス化粧板材に関するものである。

従来、ステンレス鋼板の表面に凹凸をつけ、その凹凸に
よって模様を現出した化粧板は周知であるが、模様その
ものが非常に判別にくいという欠点があり、特に複雑な
模様のものは市販されていないのが現状である。

本考案はこの点を改善してなされたものであって、凹凸
による模様が極めて判然として識別でき、しかも木目模
様の複雑な図形が浮出して化粧板として極めて実用性の
あるステンレス板材を提供するものである。

以下図面により本考案を説明する。

て、連続圧延によって製造された帯鋼から切出される。

なお本考案のステンレス化粧板材はステンレス帯鋼を蝕
刻等により模様つけたワークロールの使用によって圧延

- 光輝焼鈍仕上げしたステンレス帯鋼表面の凸部を鏡面仕
上げ面、凹部を梨地仕上げ面に形成して木目模様とした
