Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は比例電磁弁を用いたガス燃焼器において、メイ
ンバーナへの火移り時、負荷の大−小に無関係に、ある
一定時間は着火音が静かで火移りが確実になされるガス
量に規定して綾′点火動作を実現する緩点火装置を提供
するものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a gas combustor using a proportional solenoid valve, in which the ignition noise is quiet for a certain period of time and the flame does not transfer, regardless of the magnitude of the load, when the flame transfers to the main burner. 従来のメインバーナへの火移り時における時間ーガス量
の特性を第1図に示す。比例制御を採用している為、負
荷の大−小によりメインバーナのガス量が異なる。最大
負荷の場合はQ2のガス量が噴出する。よって着火音は
大きく爆発音に近くなる。これは使用者に不快感を与え
て問題であった。負荷が最小の場合、メインバーナのガ
ス噴出量は少ないが、火移りを確実にするガス量Q,以
下には出来ない。よって比例制御城はQ,〜Q2の間と
なり、火移りを考慮しなければもっとも4・さく絞れる
にもかかわらず、絞れないので、比例制御の特長を半減
させてしまっている。本発明は従来のかかる欠点を解消
するものであり、以下にその実施例を図面とともに説明

元バルブ用電磁弁8および第1電磁弁1が開くと、通路
2を通った最小ガス量Q3が流れる。次に緩点火タイマ
ーが動作しているので第2電磁弁5がオンし、ここから
もガスは流れ、Q3にプラスされ総合的にQ,のガス量
が流れる。このQ,のガス量は着火音が静かで、かつ確
実に火移りするガス量に規定している。緩点火タイマー
の設群定時間が過ぎると、第2電磁弁5がオフする。そ
れと同時に比例電磁弁4及びその制御回路が動作するの
で、負荷の大−小により比例電磁弁4の関口度を比例的
に制御し、その結果、Q,〜Q3の間のガス量が出る。
Qは比例制御の特長を生かして出釆るだけ小さくとるこ

第1電磁弁およびバイパスを有する比例電磁弁とこの比
例電磁弁と並列に設けた第2電磁弁と電磁弁を制御する
制御回路と、第1電磁弁が開成され、通電開始と同時に
スタートして設定時間後にタイムアツプするタイマ回路
を有する制御器から成り、タイマー回路の動作時間内に
おいては比例電磁弁をオフとする一方、第2電磁弁をオ
ンとして開成し、タイムアツプすると第2電磁弁をオフ
として閉成する一方、比例電磁弁をオンとして制御器に
よつて比例電磁弁を制御するよう構成したことを特徴と
するガス燃焼器具の緩点火装置。 2 比例電磁弁と並列になつた第2電磁弁の通路にニー
