Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は従来装置の断面図であり、オーバランニングク
ラッチ１の上半部は静止時の断面を図示し、下半部は移
動時の断面を示している。第２図はこの考案の一実施例
によるオーバランニングクラッチ及び周辺装置の断面図
であり、第１図と同様断面を図示している。第３図は第
１図及び第２図の動作を説明する為のグラフである。 図中、１はオーバランニングクラッチ、２は電機子、３
及び３０１は回転軸、４及び４０１はヘリカルスプライ
ン、５はクラッチアウタ、６はスプラインチューブ、７
はクラッチインチ、９はビニオン、１３は筒状体、１５
はリング、２７はコイルスプリングである。尚、図中同
一符号は同−又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）スタータ、このスタータの回転軸上に創設すれた
    スプライン上を前後摺動可能にスプラインｉ′〈合され
    るビニオン、このビニオンにカム係合され、このビニオ
    ンを移送するシフトレバ−を備えたものにおいて、上記
    ビニオンと回転軸との間に弾性材を張架し７たことを特
    徴とするスタータのビニオン移送装置。
  2. （２）回転軸とビニオンとの間にスプライン係合はオー
    バランニングクラッチを介して結合され、このオーバラ
    ンニングクラッチのスプライン筒部において上述のスプ
    ライン係合がなされると共に、上記スフライン筒部外周
    面にシフトレバ−の力Ａｈ　係合部が構成され、さらに
    弾性材は圧縮コイルスフリンクで構成され、上記回転軸
    上のスプラインの切上り部とスプライン筒部との間に張
    架されたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のスタータのビニオン移送装置。
