本発明は図示するごとく、二軸延伸ブローによって成形
されたポリエステル樹脂製柵体1の底部2の外側周縁に
、外輪部3が該外側周縁下部4に位置するよう断面ドー
ナツ形状の円筒部材5を配置せしめ、前記円筒部材5の
外輪部3内に冷却水または冷却空気を送り込み底部2の
外側周縁を冷却せしめる。さらに前記円筒部材5の中央
空間部6を通して底部2の下方より遠赤外線ヒーター、
あるいは熱風加熱等の加熱手段7によって底部2のみを
