Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a bottle that can withstand the internal pressure after it has been filled with the contents and also withstand heating when sterilization is carried out, by cooling the outer periopheral part of the bottom part of a polyester resin bottle from the inside, which bottle is molded by biaxial stretch blow molding, while heating only the bottom part of the bottle so as to crystallize the bottom part. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical member 5 toroidal in cross section is positioned in such a manner that the outer ring section 3 thereof is at an outer circumferential lower part 4 of the bottom part 2 of a polyester resin bottle 1 that is molded by biaxial stretch blow molding. Cooling water or cooling air is fed into the outer ring section 3 of the cylindrical member 5 to cool the outer periphery of the bottom part 2. Further, only the bottom part 2 is heated by means 7 for heating such as a far infrared heater, hot air heating, etc. from below the bottom part 2 through a central hollow section 6 of the cylindrical member 5 so as to crystallize the bottom part.

ナツ形状の円筒部材5を配置せしめ、前記円筒部材5の
外輪部3内に冷却水または冷却空気を送り込み底部2の
外側周縁を冷却せしめる。さらに前記円筒部材5の中央
空間部6を通して底部2の下方より遠赤外線ヒーター、
あるいは熱風加熱等の加熱手段7によって底部2のみを
加熱して結晶化せしめる。

がほとんど生じることのない飽和ポリエステル樹脂装機
の成形方法として格別なる効果を奏するものである。
