In addition, copper pipes are generally used as hot water pipes built into floor panels in order to improve heat conduction, but there is a risk that the copper pipes will corrode due to hot water, resulting in hot water leakage. Furthermore, the boiler and the floor panel are connected by hot water piping, and heat radiation loss from this connecting piping is also a problem.

The inlet side of the fin-tube heat exchanger 2 of the convection type heat radiator 1 is an insulated connection pipe 10.
It is connected to the outlet side of the refrigerant heating evaporator 8 via. On the other hand, the outlet side of the fin tube heat exchanger 2 is connected to the inlet side of the floor panel 40 via a heat-insulated connection pipe 11. The outlet side of the floor panel 4 is connected to a suction side liquid receiver 7 of a refrigerant circulating liquid pump 6 via an insulated connection pipe 12. The discharge pipe of the refrigerant circulating liquid pump 6 is connected to the inlet side of the refrigerant heating evaporator 8, and the heat generated by connecting the convection type radiator 1, the floor heating panel 4, the refrigerant circulating liquid pump 6, and the refrigerant heating evaporator 8 in an annular manner is connected to the inlet side of the refrigerant heating evaporator 8. Configure a mobile circuit. This heat transfer circuit is filled with a fluorocarbon-based refrigerant. ある。The operation of the above-mentioned configuration will be explained.1. The heating operation is performed by driving the combustion section 9, the refrigerant circulation pump 6, and the convection fan 3. That is, the refrigerant sent to the refrigerant heating evaporator 8 is heated by the combustion heat of kerosene, gas, etc. generated in the combustion section 9. The heated refrigerant evaporates and becomes a gas, becoming a disaturated gas and passing through the connecting pipe 10. The heat flows into the fin-tube heat exchanger 2 of the convection type radiator 1, and through the action of the convection fan 3, heat is radiated to the indoor air to perform a heating effect. A portion of the refrigerant that has radiated heat into the indoor air turns into a two-phase state, passes through the connecting pipe 11, flows into the copper pipe 5 buried in the floor heating panel 4, heats the floor panel 4, and exerts a radiant heating effect. . The refrigerant that has generated heat on the floor panel 4 condenses again, becomes a saturated liquid at the outlet of the floor panel 4, passes through the connecting pipe 12, is sucked into the refrigerant circulating fluid pump 6 via the liquid receiver 7, and is absorbed into the refrigerant circulating fluid. The pump 6 increases the pressure by the amount of pressure loss caused in the heat transfer circuit, and the refrigerant is sent to the refrigerant heating evaporator 8 again.

The on-off valve 14 is opened, and a part of the saliva refrigerant discharged from the refrigerant circulating fluid pump 6 is bypassed to the suction side, thereby reducing the amount of refrigerant circulating through the heat transfer circuit. In this way, even during heating using only the floor heating panel 4, the refrigerant heated by the refrigerant heating evaporator 8 becomes a saturated gas and passes through the connecting pipe 10 to the fin tube heat exchanger 2 of the convection type radiator 1. However, since the convection fan 3 is stopped, it simply passes through, with almost no heat radiating effect, and flows into the steel pipe 6 of the floor panel 4 through the connecting pipe 11, where it radiates heat to the floor panel. The refrigerant condenses to become a two-phase refrigerant, passes through the floor panel 4, becomes a saturated liquid refrigerant at the outlet of the floor panel, passes through the connecting pipe 12, and is sucked into the refrigerant circulating liquid bonder 6 again.

(1) When using a convection type radiator and a floor heating panel at the same time, and by connecting the discharge pipe and suction pipe of the refrigerant circulation pump with a bypass pipe with an on-off valve, If you only use the panel,
In either case, the refrigerant that flows through the copper pipes of the floor heating panel flows in a two-phase state. In the two-phase region, the refrigerant temperature is constant and a uniform temperature distribution is obtained over the entire surface of the floor heating panel, eliminating the uneven floor temperature distribution seen in conventional hot water systems and increasing the heating effect.
