When performing exterior work on large-scale tank A, it is necessary to provide scaffolding for workers. When the exterior surface of a structure is vertical, scaffolding is usually erected around the structure from the ground or a gondola is suspended from the top of the structure. However, if the outer surface of the structure is not perpendicular, such as a dome-shaped roof, there is a serious problem in forming a scaffold as described above on the outer surface. In other words, when scaffolding is erected around a structure from the ground, it is necessary to extend the scaffolding horizontally as it goes upwards, as shown in Figure 1. Therefore, it is required to have great strength, which requires a large scale. Furthermore, this method requires the worker to move on the scaffolding himself. On the other hand, since it is not possible to suspend the gondola from the top of the structure, the gondola is instead suspended by a crane as shown in Figure 2, but in this case, the gondola is prone to shaking. Moreover, it is very difficult to accurately position the gondola to the working position, making the work inefficient. On the vine, Figures 1 and 2
Both of the methods shown have the disadvantage of requiring a considerable amount of space on the ground around the structure.

Figure 3 is a perspective view of the main parts of the device of the present invention.
The figure is an explanatory diagram of the usage state of the device of the present invention. In the device of the present invention, casters 2 are provided at the bottom of the truck 1. In the case of FIG. 3, the cart 1 is rectangular with reeds and casters 2 are attached to its four corners. The trolley 1 is usually constructed with a metal frame, and in order to reduce weight, it is particularly preferable to use an aluminum frame. In FIG. 3, the trolley l is rectangular, but there is no particular restriction on the shape. Further, the number of casters 2 attached to the trolley 1 may be three or more, but is usually three or four. A step 3 is provided on the truck 1. This step 3 is for the worker to stand on, and there are no particular restrictions on its material and shape as long as it has appropriate strength; is preferred. Usually, a handrail 4 is provided around the step 3 to prevent the worker from falling. Step 3 is the one end (third
The upper right end (in the figure) is connected to the υ truck l by a hinge 5, and one end of the telescopic drive means 6 is connected to the lower part of the step 3. The other end of the telescopic drive means 6 is connected to the trolley 1. The telescoping driving means 6 is, for example, a motor jack or a hydraulic jack, which can be extended and retracted to an appropriate length and can support a predetermined weight.

The device of the invention is provided with hoisting means for moving the trolley 1 over the outer surface of the structure. This hoisting means has one end fixed to the outer surface of the structure and the other end fixed to the trolley 1, and expands and contracts while supporting the weight of the trolley 1 by hoisting and unwinding the rope using a hoisting drive section. This is a possible means. Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG.
It is fixed to the outer surface near the top of A, and the low f8
The rope 8 is connected in such a way that it can be wound up and unwound.
There is a type in which the other end is connected to the trolley 1. rope 8
The connection between the carriage 1 and the carriage 1 is such that when the carriage 1-7E is placed on the slope, the hinge 5 is oriented in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of the rope 8, and the hinge connection end is connected to the extension of the rope 8. It is done so that it is facing the direction of the object. Similarly,
As a hoisting means, as shown in FIG. There is also a method in which the other end of the rope 8 is fixed to the outer surface near the top of the structure (kamamekoyatoga B) with a fixing member 9.

In the apparatus of the present invention, since the operator on the step 3 controls the driving of the telescopic driving means and the hoisting means, it is preferable to position the operation panel 10 near the step 3, for example, on the handrail 4. Incidentally, the power supply line to the driving means on the trolley 1 may use its own cable, but it may also be built into the rope 8.

When using the apparatus of the present invention as described above, first, one end of the hoisting means is fixed on the upper outer surface of the structure (in the case of FIG. 4, the hoisting drive section 7 is fixed near the top of the structure A). In the case of FIG. 5, the fixing member 9 is fixed near the top of the structure B). Next, the operator steps on step 3 and drives the winding means to unwind the roll f8'. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, as the trolley 1 descends by unwinding the rope, the length of the telescopic drive means 6 is adjusted to keep the step 3 substantially horizontal at all times.

In the device of the invention, it is preferable that the structure-fixed end of the hoisting means is movable on the structure. That is, for example, in the case of FIG. 4, an IJ-ding block 11 for the p-pull 8 may be provided in the vicinity of the winding drive section 7, and the winding block 11 may be made movable.
Furthermore, the drive unit 7 itself may be movable for winding. Thereby, the cart 1 can be moved up and down at any longitude of the structure A. That is, as shown in the plan view in FIG.
) to any other longitude (II-It'), after hoisting the H rope 8 and pulling the trolley 1tl upwards, the leading block 11 (or the hoisting drive unit 7 itself) t-longitude (If-If') and then drive the winding means. Similarly in the case of Fig. 5, rope 817) 7'C

Since the device of the present invention is as described above, it is possible to form a horizontal scaffold at any height even when the structure has an outer surface with a different slope depending on the height. Of course, the device according to the invention can also be used in situations where the structure has an external surface with a constant slope, in which case the telescopic drive means is kept at a constant length during use and the horizontal scaffolding is is formed. Another advantage of the device of the present invention is that it can be used even if there is no space on the ground around the structure.
