の外方からセロファンまたはプラスチックフィルム等の

る分み出しもなくまた均一な蒸熱が可能となりおいしい
加工部となる。なお、フィルム材のみを型枠に巻いた場
合は膨張による分み出しが生じ、布のみを巻いた場合は
水っぽいものになると共に、フィルム材を内側に布を外
側に巻いた場合は加工卵内の水分がフィルム材に邪魔さ
れて布に吸収されないためやや水っぽいものになる。
