Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a large-scale work for suction and and exhaust unnecessary and simplify an air-conditioning equipment by a method wherein the suction and exhaust are effected by the cooling and heating machine simultaneously with the cooling or heating operation of the machine. CONSTITUTION:The air-cooling heat pump type cooling and heating machine 1 is partitioned into an indoor side and an outdoor side by a wall to provide an indoor unit chamber 8 and an outdoor unit chamber 7 and said partitioning wall is arranged with an exhaust port, introducing indoor air induced by an outdoor fan 12 to the outside of an air intake chamber, as well as a suction port 23, communicating a part of air induced by an indoor fan 10 and flows thereinto through an atmosphere introducing port 13 with the indoor unit chamber 8. In this device, suction and exhaust of a constant amount of air can be effected simultaneously with the cooling, heating or ventilating operation while only sucking or exhausting operation can be effected by opening or closing the exhaust port and the suction port 23. Thus, the large-scale work for suction and exhaust may be made unnecessary and the equipment may be simplified.

That is, it is virtually impossible to introduce outside air into a room without exhausting the air inside the room, and this becomes more difficult as the degree of sealing in the room increases. Particularly in buildings, so-called ventilation systems that introduce outside air and exhaust indoor air must be ventilated using intake/exhaust ducts and blowers, which requires extensive construction work and air conditioning. However, it also had disadvantages such as high equipment costs.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and embodiments thereof will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. 1 is a wall-penetrating air-cooled heat pump type air conditioner, 2 is a frame that forms the outer shell, 3 is a compressor room that houses a compressor 4, and 5 is an outdoor unit that sucks indoor air from a suction part 6 and is located below. A sliding exhaust port communicating with the chamber 7, 8 an indoor unit housing an indoor heat exchanger 9, an indoor blower 10, etc.; 12 is an outdoor blower, 13 is an outdoor air inlet, 14 is a front panel with a punching 16 on the upper half and a panel 16 on the lower half, A arrow indicates an outside air inlet 13 shows a flow path through which air is sucked in by the outdoor blower 12, passes through the outdoor heat exchanger 11, and is discharged to the outdoor exhaust port 17. A flow path is shown in which a part of the air is sucked in, passed through the exhaust port 5, and discharged through the outdoor heat exchanger 11. The C arrow indicates the indoor air suction flow path, and the D arrow shows the indoor air intake flow path. This shows the flow path through which the air passes through and blows out into the room.

The E arrow indicates that outdoor air flowing in from the inlet 13 goes around to the front side of the outdoor heat exchanger 10 provided at an oblique position, undergoes heat exchange in the outdoor heat exchanger 11, and is discharged outside again from the outlet 26. A flow path is shown, and arrow F indicates that a part of the outdoor air flowing in from the inlet 13 is blocked by the partition piece 21, passes through the intake port 23 located on the side of the inlet 13 from the partition piece 21, and is connected to the indoor blower 1°. This shows the flow path through which air is blown into the room.

Under the influence of the indoor blower 10, fresh air is blown into the room through the air inlet 23 and the indoor blower, and on the other hand, indoor air is sucked in through the punching 15 and passes through the indoor heat exchanger 9 as shown by arrow C. In addition to being blown into the room by the indoor blower 10, the air sucked in from the suction part 6 at the front of the compressor room 3 is drawn into the exhaust port 5 by the outdoor blower 12.

As described above, according to the present invention, air can be taken in and exhausted with a single wall-penetrating heat pump type air conditioner, eliminating the need for large equipment such as intake and exhaust ducts and blowers as in the past. This simplifies the equipment and reduces equipment costs. Furthermore, even if the air conditioner is used at different times on each floor, it is economically advantageous because it only needs to be operated where it is needed.

In addition, the entire system for each floor has various effects, such as being able to direct the airflow in the room in a fixed direction, with one side only for intake and the other only for exhaust. In addition, in the present invention, opening/closing devices are provided at the intake port 23 and the exhaust port 5, so that only intake can be taken.
Alternatively, if only exhaustion is performed, its uses will of course become even wider.
