ターにおける安全装置に関するものである。

ーには依然として駆動力が伝わっているために、カッタ
ーが再び回転し始め手に持った排ワラ共々に手指も勢い
よくカッターの細断部へ引込まれたり、又装置内に指し
込んでいる手指が直接にカッターで切断されてしまう等
の非常に危険な事態を引起すのである。

く両者を連繋することで、上記の課題を解決したもので
ある。

りの解除を行なえるのであり、更に一旦平常作業に復帰
すれば開閉カバーによってカッター装置部は覆われるた
めに、作業者あるいは補助作業者が不測に装置内に手指
を指し込む虞れがなく極めて安全に作業を遂行できるの
であるが、特に、次の点に特徴がある。
