Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、ポリエチレンゴミ袋に関するものである。
従来のポリエチレンゴミ袋は、夜間、のら犬やのら猫に
食い破られ、ゴミ収集所付近の衛生、美観をそこねるこ
とが多く、収集当日の朝出すことを強制している所も多
い。

そこで、前夜のうちに出しても大丈夫なように犬、猫を
近付けない作用を持つ忌避剤を添加したポリエチレンゴ
ミ袋を考えた。

忌避剤としては、ココナツツ様の香りを放つ香料である
γ−ノナラクトン（Ｃ９Ｈ１６Ｏ２）が、犬、猫に対し
効果がある。

ポリエチレン袋は、米粒大のポリエチレン粒（レジン）
と、黒や青の顔料を含んだ粒（マスターバツチ）とを約
９：１に混合し、１５０℃位で溶融し、小さな穴から吹
き出し、ふくらませ、袋状に成型するものだが、本品の
製法としては、レジンとマスターバツチの溶融前に、少
量のγ−ノナラクトン（沸点約２４０℃／１気圧）を混
入する方法や、マスターバツチにあらかじめ混入してお
く方法などが、可能である。

これについて、わが家の庭（猫がよく通る）で、肉、魚
などの残ばんを入れて実験したところ、従来のものは、
１〜２晩で破られたが、１袋に１ｃｃ位γ−ノナラクト
ンを配合したものは、２週間以上置きつ放しにしていた
のに、無事であつた。
