The oscillating support plate 4 with which the saddle 3 is integrated is oscillated left and right around the rear pole 1b, and a user who grips the bundle 2 and sits on the saddle 3 automatically moves his/her hips to the left and right along with the saddle 3. This is a motion that involves repeated rotation.

The tip end rod 18 at the tip of the arm rod 17 fixed to the upper end of the saddle 3 is inserted into the elongated hole 5 of the swing support plate 4 integrated with the saddle 3 via the trochanter 19, and the rotation of the pedal 10 causes the saddle 3 is made to swing left and right around the rear pole 1b,
When the user sits on the saddle 3 and pedals 10, the saddle 3 automatically swings its head from side to side, causing the user to repeatedly shake the lower back part of the seated body from side to side, and the user pedals 10. At the same time as training the legs, it also helps to flexibly train the lower back, remove fat from the abdomen (waist), and strengthen the muscles. It is also excellent because it can contribute to the functional recovery of people who have injured their internal organs or lower back, in other words, rehabilitation. It has the effect of

By mixing the simple action of pedaling the pedals 10 with the action of shaking the hips, and by appropriately changing the transmission mechanism A, an interesting training can be performed, which has the excellent effect of allowing the user to exercise his body while having fun.
