【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は不活性ガスシールドアーク溶接、炭酸ガスシー
ルドアーク溶接、潜弧溶接等のアーク溶接に用いる溶接
用鉄鋼ワイヤをボビン、スプール等に巻取るに際し、事
前にワイヤ表面に防錆油等の液剤を塗布する装置に関す
