Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate recording paper jamming removal work and checking and repairing work, by providing a paper feeder in a recorder removably therefrom so as to disengage a second paper feed registering roller by the removal of the feeder. CONSTITUTION:When a crank layer 18 is turned, a driven roller 13b is pushed down by the cam 18a of the lever so that a registering roller 13 is put out of recording paper pinching and conveying operation, and a gap larger than the thickness of recording paper is formed to enable the removal of the paper. The registering roller 13 is separated from the body of a recorder 1 by pulling out a paper feeder 10, so that a space necessary for the removal of the paper is formed around the roller.
