    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フレニムに対する肘掛の後部の軸着部において、フレー
    ム側にストッパーを設けると共に、肘掛側にこのストッ
    パーの掛止孔に嵌合して肘掛の回転を止めるロックピン
    を設け、このロックピンと肘掛の前部に配置されたリン
    クを係合素子を用いて゛連結し、このリンクに係合させ
    た押しボタンを操作することによりロックピンをストッ
    パーの掛止孔に対し嵌脱させ得るように構成したことを
    特徴とするはね上げ式肘掛の固定装置。
