Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は汚泥拡散防止水中膜に関する。
従来、汚泥拡散防止等を行う目的で水中にシートを展張
した場合、特に海洋等においてはシートの破損と共にそ
の表面にフジッボ等の貝類が付着し、ひどい場合には完
全に水没してしやう等の事故が多々発生した。
前記シートにフジッボ等が付着するのを防止する方法と
しては薬剤をシート表面に塗付するなどの方法が試みら
れたが、初期のうちは効果があるものの長期間使用する
とその効果が消失してしまう欠点があった。
本考案者は、これら従来の欠点を解決すべく種々研究を
重ねた結果シートの両面に網状、スダレ等からなる水中
付着物除去部材を設け、それらの上端部を一対の半割り
フロートにて挟着合体させ、且つ前記水中付着物除去部
材の下端部に錘を設けた汚泥拡散防止水中膜を完成した
。
次に本考案を添付図面に基づいて説明するが、本考案は
以下の説明にのみ限定されるものではない。
本考案は第１図に示すようにシート１の両面に網状、ス
ダレ状等からなる水中付着物除去部材２を設け、その上
端部においてシート１と一体に設け、且つ水中付着物除
去部材２にはその下端部に錘３を設けてなるものである
。
このシート１と水中付着物除去部材２とを一体に設ける
手段として例えば第２図に示すように水中付着物除去部
材２とシートとを支持パイプ４に巻きつける。
これを第３図に示すように半割体の中空密閉された一対
のフロート５にって前記水中付着物除去部材２とシート
１を巻きつけた支持パイプ４を挟着するように重ね合せ
、且つ該フロート５の両端部を前記支持パイプ４を貫通
させる穴が設けられたカップ６を嵌着させる。
支持パイプ４はフロートから抜は落ちぬようにその両端
部をネジ等で締め付けてフロートに固定する。
またシート１および水中付着物除去部材２を装着したフ
ロート５は、それぞれ連結するために支持パイプ４中を
貫通させるように連結棒７を設ける。
この連結棒７の両端部にか連結具（図示せず）を設ける
ことによって所望する個数の汚泥拡散防止水中膜を連結
することができる。
また水中付着物除去部材２は第４図に示すようなスダレ
状のものも使用することができる。
本考案に係る汚泥拡散防止水中膜は、シート１とその表
面に設けられた水中付着物除去部材２とが波等によって
摺動するためシート１の表面が常にぬぐわれる状態にな
るので貝類の付着が防止される。

第１図は、本考案に係る汚泥拡散防止水中膜の正面図で
あり、第２図はシートと水中付着物除去部材とを一体に
設けた場合の正面図であり、第３図は、第１図の中央部
における縦断面図の一部であり、第４図は、本考案に係
る汚泥拡散防止水中膜の正面図である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートの両面に網状、スダレ状等からなる水中付着物除
    去部材を設け、それらの上端部を一対の半割りフロート
    にて挟着合体させ、且つ前記水中付着物除去部材の下端
    部に錘を設けたことを特徴とする汚泥拡散防止水中膜。
