    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. アッパ・ケースと、ロア・ケースと、該両ケース開口縁
    部間に外周縁を挾持されるダイアフラムと、該ダイアフ
    ラムと前記アッパ・ケースとの間に介装される弾性手段
    と、前記ロア・ケースの中央孔部に挿通されて一端部を
    前記ダイアフラムに取着されるロッドとを有し、前記ロ
    ッドがヨーイングを含む往復動をするアクチュエータに
    おいて、前記ロッドの前記ダイアフラム側端部に、前記
    ロア・ケースの中央孔部の内径と略同径に形成された軸
    ガイドを設けることを特徴とするアクチュエータ。
