Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent idling by opening a valve through a spring incorporated at the branch side of valve body immediately upon droppage of vacuum in the water suction tube to disable pumping then pushing a switch lever by means of said valve and opening the pump motor circuit. CONSTITUTION:It is comprosed of reverse T-shaped valve body 1 to be inserted into the water suction tube of pump, a spring 2 incorporated at the branch side, a valve 3 and a cover 6 having a microswitch 4 operating screw 5. Upon droppage of vacuum in the water suction tube to disable pumping during operation of pump, the push-up force of spring 2 will prevail because of the adsorbing pressure based on the water suction pressure of valve 3 incorporated at the branch side of valve body to open the valve 3 thus to push up the lever 4' of switch 4 by means of the upper face of said valve 3 and to open the motor circuit to prevent idling of pump, resulting in prevention of frequent occurrence of failure and consumption of energy.
