    鎖形配電盤、前記制御盤の前記扉の開閉ハンドルとが前
    記扉上に配置され、前記扉が閉じた状態で前記投入、し
    ゃ断ハンドルがしゃ断位置にあるときのみ前記開閉ハン
    ドルの開動作が可能なように構成したことを特徴とする
