本発明は、水道配管、ガス配管等において、特に、壁内
配管のねじ接続部締付に有効な配管締付工具に関するも

れている。しかしながら、壁内配管に水道蛇口、ガスフ
ック等を接続する取付端部は見苦しくないよう壁面に添
うように寸法合せが必要で、そのため、通常は壁内配管
にニップル、ソケット等を取付ける作業が多い。しかし
ながら、これら接続管を元管に強固に締付けるには前述
のパイプレンチやプライヤーが使用し難く、そのねじ込
み締付けには困難をきたしていた。また、締付力が緩い
ためにガス漏れ等の事故につながることもあり、上記の
