Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、自動車用ワイパーにおいて、ガラス面とワ
イパーブレードの摩擦係数を小さくして旧つブｖ−ドラ
バ−の耐候性を高めることを目的としたものである。
従来のワイパーでは、雨天の際は拭き抵抗が小さく、ス
ムーズにガラス面の水を拭きとるが、ガラス面の乾き際
や、小雨の時には拭き抵抗が大きくなって、ワイパーブ
レードがガラス面にひっかかったり、異音を発したりし
て車の居住性をそこなった。そしてワイパーブレードは
、炎天−ドにさらされたり、酷寒−トにさらされたりす
るので、ゴム材が劣化し２て、ブレードラバーに亀裂が
はいることがあった。
この発明はその欠点をなくそうとしたものである。
いま、その構造を説明１−ると、 ブレードラバー１の表面にテフロンのようなずベリがよ
く、耐候性の優れた樹脂２をコーティングすることによ
って、ガラス面とワイパーブレードの摩擦係数を小さく
して、ワイパーブレードがガラス面の水をスムーズに拭
ぎどることができるものである。そしてブレードラバー
１は、表面が耐候性の優れた樹脂２で覆われているので
、炎天下にさらされたり、酷寒下にさらされたりしても
ブレードラバーに亀裂かは（・りに（いものであろ
