Abstract

PURPOSE:To constitute sharply a printing plate having >=2 steps which are different in depth by coating a photosensitive resin sol to a screen mesh, printing the 1st stage of a design thereto, subjecting the sol to the 2nd stage of coating and printing and developing the entire part. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive resin film is coated on the mesh 1 and the design 3 is superposed thereon and is subjected to the 1st time of printing. The marking edges 8 for registration of the image 3 and the image 4 are preliminarily developed. The entire plate surface is wiped with a soft fabric-like material such as chamois leather moistened with water in order to active the surface and thereafter the 2nd layer of the photosensitive resin sol is coated over the entire surface and the drawing of the image 4 is registered by means of the marks 8, then the films are superposed and are subjected to the 2nd printing. The plate having the steps is sharply obtd. if the entire part is developed.

In reality, as shown in the recording diagram of the surface roughness tester of the finished screen plate in Figure 2, there is no effect on the areas where the patterns in (3) and (4) are different, but in (5) in Figure 1, there is no effect. In the part where the designs of (3) and (4) are the same, (5) is not printed in a straight line as shown in the designated drawing in Figure 1, but is removed after being developed once as shown in Figure 2. Due to the influence of (6), (7
) A plate with steps like this is formed. This phenomenon is thought to be due to the fact that the photosensitive resin film was applied in a state where the flatness of the second plate surface was lost after development.

The details of the method of the present invention will be explained below. As shown in FIG. 3, a photosensitive resin film is applied to the top of the barley (1), the pattern (3) is superimposed, and the first baking is performed. At this time, align the images of (3) and (4) with the mark (8) and develop the ears. Next, in order to activate the surface, the entire surface of the first plate was lightly wiped with a soft cloth-like material such as a chamois leather soaked in water, and then a 2N11 photosensitive resin sol was applied to the entire surface, as shown in Figure 4.
After registering the image drawing (4) through the alignment mark (8), overlapping it once and performing a second printing, and then developing the entire plate, a plate with steps as shown in FIG. 1 can be clearly obtained. The plate making thus obtained is an effective method for obtaining a printed body with locally stepped surfaces, not only for printing plates for electronic circuits, but also for screen printing technology in general industry. still,
This method is also included in the scope of the present patent claim, even when a similar method is repeated to make a plate having two or more steps.

Furthermore, the second invention of the present invention is to produce a spherical printing material as shown in (10) using the plate making (9) as shown in FIG. 5 obtained using the method of the first invention. It concerns a method of printing bodies. With a conventional right cylindrical printing plate as shown in (11) in FIG. 6, only a cylindrical printed body as shown in (12) can be obtained. To make a plate of (9), after forming the first photosensitive resin film using the method of the first invention, the circular pattern of (13) is overlapped and baked, and then the second photosensitive resin film is formed. After forming the
After printing the concentric circular design (14) of the radius of the circle.

All you have to do is develop the whole thing. Although it has not been possible to print a printing material with a spherical cross section using conventional methods, this method can easily do this. Using transparent ink, it has a wide range of applications, such as printing on lenses, spherical buttons, etc. to prevent slipping on floor sheets or carpets.
