  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　ポリフェニレンエーテル系樹脂１０〜５０重量％と
    ポリスチレン系樹脂９０〜５０重量％との混合樹脂を素
    材とする発泡倍率３〜８０倍、厚み１〜６咽の発泡シー
    トの少なくとも片面に、ガラス転移点が１００°Ｃ以上
    の熱加塑性樹脂フィルムまたは同フィルムを含む合成樹
    脂の複層フィルムを積層した複合シートから一体に成形
    されてなる食品容器。 ２　ガラス転移点１００°Ｃ以上の熱可塑性樹脂フ−イ
    ルムがポリカーボネート系樹脂からなる実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の食品容器。 ３　複層シートは、容器内側表面層として、ポリオレフ
    ィン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン
    系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂のうちいずれか−の樹脂フィ
    ルム層が設けられてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    または第２項記載の食品容器。
