Claims

A traveling vehicle includes a means for loosening an asphalt pavement surface, a stirring means for stirring the mixed material loosened by the loosening means, a new composite material conveying means for conveying the new composite material, and a discharge from the stirring means. A spreading means for uniformly spreading the stirred mixture in the width direction of the road surface, and a leveling means for leveling the paving mixture, and the loosening means is formed in a spiral shape on a rotating shaft.
