図は本考案に係るバッフル装置を用いた熱交換器を示す
縦断面図、第３図は第２図のＩ−Ｉ［［線に沿う断面矢
視図、第４図は要部の拡大断面図、第５図は他の実施例
を示す断面図である。 １は外筒、５は外側伝熱管、１２はバッフルプレート、
１３は基板、１４は布、１５は連結棒、１８は耳部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱交換用の管体を挿入した外筒１内に、この熱交換用の
    管体が貫通され、かつ外筒１の両側部に設けた入口２と
    出口３の間を迷路構成とする複数個のバッフルプレート
    １２ａｔ　　１２ｂｔ　　１２ｃｔ１２ｄからなる熱交
    換器用バッフル装置において、上記バッフルプレート１
    ２ａ、１２ｂ、１２Ｃ９・・・を、セラミックよりなる
    基板１３と、セラミック繊維よりなり、かつ上記基板１
    ３を包む布１４とにて構成し、また各バッフルプレート
    １２ａ、１２ｂ、１２ｃ、・・・を、これらを貫通する
    連結部材と、この連結部材に嵌合し、かつ各バッフルプ
    レート１２ａ、１２ｂ、１２ｃ、　・・・間に介装され
    るスペーサ１９とにて相互に結合すると共に、この連結
    部材と、スペーサ１９をセラミック材にて構成し、さら
    に上記各バッフルプレート１２ａｔ　　１２ｂ、１２ｃ
    、・・・の外周部で、かつ外筒１の内面に嵌合する部分
    に、外筒１の内面に弾性接触し、かつセラミックよりな
    る弾性突起部を設けたことを特徴とする熱交換器用バッ
    フル装置。
