減圧して底板を下降させるもの、第3に予め基礎に溝を
掘っておき、この溝の中に支持サポートまたは架台を設
置してこの架台の上に底板を配列し溶接および検査等の
作業を行い底板の組立完了後に構内の支持サポートまた
は架台を撤去してから溝を埋めるもの、第4に架台また
はサポ−ト上で底板の組立てが完了した後ある時間が経
過すると溶解する物(例えば氷)で底板を支持しておい

第1図においてタンク基礎の保冷層1の上に高さを調整
することができる復数のサポートをタンク底板母村の配
列に適合させて適宜間隔にて立設配置する。この実施例
においては外管2と内管3とから成るパイプサポ−ト4
を使用し内管3は外管2内にスライド自在に挿入されて
おり、高さをねじまたは裸を利用して調整し固定できる
ものである。これら各パイプサポート4のレベルを均一
に調整し、第2図において支持梁6を相隣り合うパイプ
サポート4間に渡してボルトとナット等により連結し、
作業台7を形成する。第3図において作業台7上にタン
ク底板8の母材を配列する。この時の平面図を第7図に
示す。第7図において、アニュラープレート5は予め敷
設されており、タンク底板全体に対応して全面的に作業
台7を形成し底板母材をその上に配列し底板8全体の溶
接継手部10の溶接および検査が完了した後に、第7図
における底板8の一端側のほぼ互いに平行な弦に沿い複
数列をなす状態にて×印および0印の位置にそれぞれジ
ャッキ9を設置してジャッキアップ操作を行い、第4図
に示す如く作業台7より若干高い位置まで底板8を持ち
上げておき、この状態で第7図における×印おび○印の
位置の周辺のパイプサポー,ト4および支持梁6からな
る作業台7を全て撤去した後底板8の一端側寄りにある
×印の位置のジャッキ9のジャッキダウン操作を行い第
6図に示すごとくジャッキ9を無荷重状態にして撤去し
、底板8をその一端から順次保冷層1上へ下し、撤去し
たジャッキ9をそれぞれ底板8の他端寄りのジャッキよ
り更に池端寄りの弦に沿った△印の各位層へ移動して設
置し、前記と同様にそれぞれの各ジャッキ9のジャッキ
アップ操作を行い、作業台7より若干高い位置まで底板
8を持ち上げておき、この状態で第7図における△印周
辺の作業台7を撤去した後底板の一端寄りの弦に沿った
○印の位置のジャッキ9のジャッキダウン操作を行いこ
の周辺の底板8を保冷層1上に下す。次に○印の位置の
ジャッキを底板の他端寄りの弦に沿った■印の位置へ移
動し前記と同様に底板8を持ち上げ、ジャッキ周辺の作
業台7の撤去、ジャッキダウン操作による保冷層上への
底板8の降下、ジャッキ8の撤去移動を繰返し底板8の
他端へ向って順次底板8を保袷層上へ下して行き底板8
全体を下すことができる。本発明によれば第1に特殊な
装置を必要とせず、作業も容易で施工費が安く、第2に
安全な作業ができ、第3に屋根や側板から底板を吊るこ
とがないので屋根や側板に必要以上の強度をもたせなく
てもよく、第4にパイプサポートのレベル調整によって
作業台全体の水平調整が容易にでき、第5にジャッキを
順次移動して繰返して使用することにより、ジャッキの
必要数が少く非常に経済的である第6に作業台上全面に
底板母材を配列し底板全体の溶接及び検査作業を全て完
了した後底板を降下させるので底板全体が両面溶接可能
となり品質保証が確実となるなどの作用効果が認められ

間隔にて立設配置し、該サポートのレベルを均一に調整
し、支持梁を相隣り合う各サポート間に渡し結合して作
業台を形成し、該作業台上全面に底板母材を配列し、底
板全体の溶接および検査作業を全て完了した後、底板の
一端側の部分のほぼ平行な弦に沿つて複数列にジヤツキ
を配設して底板の該一端側をジヤツキによつて押上げ支
持した状態でこの部分の前記作業台を解体撤去し、次に
底板の前記一端側に近い方の列に位置したジヤツキを降
下操作して撤去しこの部分の底板を降下させこれらのジ
ヤツキを底板の他端側寄りのジヤツキより更に他端寄り
の弦に沿つた位置へ移設しこの部分の底板をジヤツキで
押上げ支持した状態でこの部分の前記作業台を解体撤去
し、以後一端寄りのジヤツキの降下操作、他端寄りへの
その移設、底板の押上げ支持、作業台解体を前記と同様
にくり返し、底板を一端側から他端側へ順次基礎又はそ
