[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a corrugated paperboard on which letters, numbers, etc. are displayed on the surface, and is designed to improve the workability of the display and to reliably prevent dust from entering the paperboard.

Traditionally, various products have been packaged in boxes made of corrugated paper.
Necessary letters and numbers are applied to the surface of the box. Conventionally, such character display is done by directly printing the letters 2 on the surface of the corrugated cardboard 1, as shown in Figure 1a. Display the character 3a in advance as shown in Figure 1.

However, in the case of FIG. 1 at b, printing and pasting take time, and the overall cost is high due to material costs and poor productivity.

Furthermore, in the case of FIG. 1C, since complete holes are formed in the corrugated paperboard, there are problems such as dust entering the inside of the box, weakening of the box, and punching chips remaining in the mold.

The present invention provides a corrugated paperboard that solves these conventional problems.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, reference numeral 1 is corrugated paperboard, which is made by laminating a cover, a backing paper 6, and a wavy interleaving paper 7 placed between them, and pasting them together with glue or the like.

8 is a character displayed by cutting a part 5a of the cover 5 and a part 7a of the interleaving paper 7 into a rough 1-Yo shape and pressing them toward the backing paper 6.

This character 8 can be formed as shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b.

First, as shown in Figure 3a, place the above-mentioned corrugated paper 1 on the table 9
A Thomson blade 10a formed in a predetermined shape (for example, a Katakana 1-Yo shape) and this blade 1 are placed on top of the Thomson blade 10a.
By arranging a Thomson die 10 having a convex portion 10b formed inside the cover 5 and pressing the Thomson die 10 against the corrugated paperboard 1, parts 5a and 7a of the cover 5 and the backing paper 7 are placed.

When the Thomson blade 10a presses 1° until it reaches near the surface of the backing paper 6, it acts on the convex portion 10b, as shown in FIG. is pressed against the backing paper 6, forming characters 8 as shown in FIG.

In the above description, the cover 5 is cut, but the backing paper 6 may also be cut.

As described above, according to the present invention, (1) Since either the cover paper or the backing paper remains, no scraps remain in the mold, making continuous production possible.

(2) Since either the cover or backing paper remains, it is possible to prevent dust from entering the box.

(3) Since either the cover or backing paper remains, the strength of the corrugated paperboard can be increased accordingly.

(4) Since it is completed in one step at the same time as cutting out the outline, costs can be reduced.

This has an excellent effect.
