    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）板状でその平面部に電極を有するセラミックバリ
    スタの上記電極面に半田層を介して半田付けされる外部
    電極端子の半田付は面の断面形状を凸形状としてなるサ
    ージ吸収器。
  2. （２）凸形状の凸部中央の一部に平面部を有する実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のサージ吸収器。
  3. （３）凸形状の断面形状を１層または多層のメタリコン
    電極層で形成してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ま
    たは第２項記載のサージ吸収器。
