Conventionally, there were two compartments, a freezer compartment and a refrigerator compartment, for use in refrigerator-freezers, etc.
An insulating box body is provided in which an inner box, which is integrally formed with a partition wall portion that partitions a room, is assembled into an outer box, and the insulating material made of hard urethane foam is filled and foamed.
It was also located in the partition of the room. When looking at the cross section of this partition, it was found to be significantly thicker than other wall thicknesses.

As a result, the foaming pressure increases locally, causing the surfaces of the inner box and outer box near the partition to swell, resulting in a poor appearance.

This drawback can be improved by lengthening the after-cure time during foaming of the heat insulating material, but this results in a deterioration of productivity. In addition, there were some cases in which an iron plate was placed between the side walls of the two chambers of the inner box, or a styrofoam plate was interposed in the partition, but the former was effective in diffusing the reaction heat when filling the insulation material. On the other hand, it is difficult to maintain two rooms at different temperatures to aid heat transfer, and although the latter is effective in reducing the wall thickness, since it is different from monolithic foam, it has poor insulation properties and requires increasing the thickness of the Styrofoam board. There were both advantages and disadvantages.

的とするものである。
An object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating box that takes the above points into consideration.

以下図面により本発明の一実施例を説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In the figure, 1 is a heat insulating box body consisting of an outer box 2, an inner box 3, and a heat insulating material 4 filled between the two boxes. Two upper and lower doors are provided on the front of this heat-insulating box. The inner box 3 has two upper and lower chambers 6.6, and a partition wall portion that partitions the two chambers is integrally formed by vacuum forming. and upper chamber 6

A substantially T-shaped TFC is formed by the portion 1Q. This spacer 8 has a dimension shorter than the distance between the outer box 2 and the inner box 3, and has a rising portion 10 positioned within the space 7. This spacer 8 extends in the depth direction to the middle of the distance between the inner box 3 and the outer box 20 on the back side.

In such a device, a pair of spacers 8 are attached to the left and right sides of the inner box 3, and then assembled into the outer box 2, and then, although not shown, the outer box 2 forms the heat insulating box body 1. It is something.

As a result, the heat insulating wall at one interval 7 is divided by a pair of spacers 8 provided at intervals 7, so that the foaming pressure does not increase significantly and deform the inner box 5 and outer box 6 unlike in the conventional case. The foaming pressure in the direction of the side wall of the heat insulating material filled in the space 7 is blocked by the spacer 8, and since the vertical gap 10 of the spacer 8 is larger than the insertion part 9, a small force is applied in inverse proportion to the area ratio. Since it hangs over the side walls 5b and 6b, deformation is prevented.

As is clear from the above-mentioned embodiments, the present invention comprises an inner box in which a partition wall portion for partitioning two chambers is integrally molded, and an outer box is combined with a heat insulating material between the two boxes. A substantially T-shaped spacer is provided in the depth direction between the two chambers and located between the side walls and between the two chambers,
This spacer has many grooves formed on the surface that contacts the inner box, and since the foam insulation material becomes discontinuous in the lateral direction between the two chambers, the foaming pressure decreases and the outer box and inner box become discontinuous. This eliminates phase deformation. In addition, since the spacer part on the side wall part is approximately T-shaped so that it is closer to the spacer part between the two chambers, a small force is applied to the side wall in inverse proportion to the area ratio of the foam pressure spacer. Deformation can be further prevented. In addition, the surface of the spacer that comes into contact with the inner box [forms a U-groove; this groove is in contact with the spacer because when the insulation material leaks from the gap between the spacer and the inner box, it flows and solidifies in the groove. The part where it is applied will not peel off or become sticky.
