However, even with this type of panel, when the panel is used as a wall panel for a prefabricated refrigerator, for example, there is a problem that the convex part is deformed due to collision with luggage, pallets, etc. There was also the problem that it was weak against loads, and that sufficient care had to be taken in inventory management, transportation, etc.

This invention is intended to solve the above problem, and its gist is to create a hollow part along the groove in the groove on the back surface of the surface plate that is uneven along the width direction. In addition to attaching a reinforcing member with the reinforcing member, the hollow part of this reinforcing member is inserted into the insulating core material inside the panel from the groove on the back surface, thereby increasing the strength of the panel surface plate. , it is possible to save on the amount of relatively expensive insulating core material used, and it also provides an insulation function that utilizes air layers.
Furthermore, the present invention aims to provide a heat insulating panel that is easy to manufacture and lightweight.

以下にこの考案の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。Examples of this invention will be described below based on the drawings.

That is, the anchor portions 7 or 7' are made to protrude from the side of the insulating core material of the reinforcing member 5, and a plurality of through holes 8, 8, . Due to the presence of the anchor part 7 or 7' that protrudes into the interior and the insulating core material 3 that penetrates into the through hole 8, displacement of the reinforcing member 5 is prevented,
This allows the reinforcing member 5 to be more firmly fixed.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 13, the reinforcing member 5 has a flat part 5a that can come into contact with the bottom part of the back groove part 4 with respect to the center line A-A, and a flat part 5a that is inclined parallel to each other from both ends of the flat part 5a. If the cross-sectional shapes of the side parts 5b and 5b are symmetrical, one type of reinforcing member 5 can be used inverted in the two types of back grooves 4, and the function of preventing the reinforcing member 5 from slipping can be improved. can also have

Further, FIGS. 14 and 15 show a sixth embodiment of this invention, in which the surface plate 1 shown in the first to third embodiments is shown.
This is a case in which the reinforcing member 5 can be easily attached to the uneven shape without distinguishing between the front and the back.

That is, as shown in FIG. 15, the reinforcing member 5 is expanded from the flat part 5a that comes into contact with the bottom surface of the back groove part 4 of the top plate 1 with respect to the center line A-A, and from both ends of this flat part 5a. By making the side pieces 5c, 5c, which are inclined in the direction of the reinforcing member 5, have a symmetrical cross section, either half of the reinforcing member 5 can be attached to the inside of the back groove portion 4.

In each of the above embodiments, only one surface plate 1 has an uneven shape, but the other surface plate 2 has an uneven shape.
It is also possible to similarly form the reinforcing member 5 into an uneven shape and attach the reinforcing member 5 to the groove on the back surface formed in the surface plate 2. If formed in this way, the panel will be made stronger. In addition, it is possible to freely attach the panel without having to select the front and back sides of the panel.

As explained above, the heat insulating panel of this invention has at least one face plate shaped in an uneven shape along the width direction, and has a hollow part along the groove in the groove on the back side of the face plate. Since a reinforcing member is attached and the hollow part of this reinforcing member is inserted into the insulating core material, the strength of the panel's face plate can be increased, and the thickness of the face plate can be reduced compared to the conventional one. It can be made slightly thinner than the
Not only can it save on the amount of relatively expensive insulating core material used, it also has a heat insulating function that utilizes the sealed air layer in the hollow space, is easy to manufacture, and can be lightweight. It has a good effect.
