第１図は、スルーホール２を備え、銅膜３を形成した厚
膜回路基板の製作途中の状態を示し、スルーホール部分
を通る切断線に沿う切断端面図である。第２図および第
３図はスルーホール部分での銅膜３の欠点を示す。第４
図ないし第６図はこの考案の一実施例の厚膜回路基板を
得るための製　−作方法を順に示し、スルーホール部分
を通る切断線に沿う切断部端面図が示されている。第７
図ないし第９図はこの考案の他の実施例の厚膜回路基板
を得るための製作方法を順に示し、スルーホール部分を
通る切断線に沿う切断部端面図が示されている。 図において、１は基板、２はスルーホール、６゜８はス
ルーホール内へ延びる銅膜、８．１０は回路パターンを
構成する銅膜である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スルーホールを備える厚膜回路基板において、当該厚膜
    回路基板の両面には銅膜からなる回路パターンが形成さ
    れ、スルーホール内には前記回路パターンを構成する銅
    膜の厚膜と同程度または薄い銅膜が形成され、両銅膜は
    互いに接続されていることを特徴とする厚膜回路基板。
