本発明は照明器具の包装装置に係り、照明器具本体と反
射板とを分解して包装する包装装置において反射板と器

的であるが、従来この緩衝体としては第1図に示すよう
に段ボ−ル或は厚紙を折曲して形成した構造や、または
第2図に示すように発泡スチロール樹脂にて成型したも

るためにスベーサなどを介在させなくてはならず、部品
が増加し包装箱5全体が不必要に大きくなり、また緩衝
体1の形状を保持するためにはテープなどで固定しなけ
ればならず製作工数が多くなるとともに強度的にも弱く
強度を上げるために紙の厚さを厚くしなければならず、
厚くすると反射板2と器具本体3との形状に合わせて折

増加するとともに材料も多くかかり、これを補うため型
を複雑にすると成型型枠が高価となりコスト高になるな

動や摩擦により摩耗し、ほこりが発生し、反射板および

緩衝体の両側保持緑部にて保持するため側緑が包装箱の
内面にて沼擬されることなく、側縁と包装箱との間に間
隙を形成する必要がない。また緩衝体はポリエチレンな
どの合成樹脂にて形成するとともに反射板頂部係合保持
部と両側保持綾部と器具本体鉄合部とを一体に連続した
ため強度が強く振動や摩擦により摩耗することなく反射
板および器具本体をよごすことがないとともに比較的薄
く形成でき運搬および保管に場所をとることがなく、包
