Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は印字ハンマの摺動部か用紙粉により目つまりす
るのを防止する用紙押え桟構に関するものである。
印字用紙の質量により印字ハンマの打撃力が低下するの
を防止するため、印字の際に印字用紙を強制的に印字ハ
ンマから遠ざける用紙押え板をノ＼ンマ直下に複数個並
設させｔコ用紙押え機構において、従来は前記押え板か
印字／”％ンマの下側て用紙粉の受は皿的存在となって
しまい、印字ハンマの摺動部や用紙押え板の摺動部を目
つまりさせやすく、短周期て保守点検、清掃を繰り返さ
なけれはならない欠点があった。
本考案の目的は、上記した従来技術の欠点をなく腰印字
ハンマや用紙押え板の摺動部の信頼性を向上させるとと
もに、保守点検、清掃の周期を延ばし併せて保守性も向
上させることである。
本考案は、印字ハンマや用紙押え板の摺動部を目つまり
しにくくするためには用紙粉を摺動部付近に堆積させな
いように落下させれば良いことに着目し、用紙粉通過用
の穴を用紙押え板に設けたことを特徴とするものである
。
第１図の如く、印字ハンマ４の下方に用紙押え板１を複
数個並設させた用紙押え機構において、用紙押え板１部
を通過する用紙２からこぼれ落ちる用紙粉３が、印字ハ
ンマ４とハンマピン５の摺動部及び用紙押え板１とヒン
ジシャフト６の摺動部に堆積して目づまりすることがな
いように、用紙２の走行に障害を与えない範囲て用紙押
え板１に大きな用紙粉通過穴１０を開ける。
前記用紙粉通過穴ａを通過した用紙粉３は下方の用紙粉
受は皿７に堆積する。
以上のように本考案によれば、印字用紙からこほれ落ち
た用紙粉が印字ハンマや用紙押え板の摺動部を目つまり
させにくくなるので、摺動部の信頼性が向上すると共に
、保守点検、清掃周期を延ばし保守性の向上も計れる等
の効果を奏することができる。

第１図は本考案になる用紙押え機構の一実施例を示す縦
断面側面図、第２図は用紙押え板を示す斜視図である。 図において、１は用紙押え板、２は印字用紙、３は用紙
粉、４は印字ハンマ、５はハンマピン、６はヒンジシャ
フト、７は用紙粉受は皿、１０は用紙粉通過用穴である
。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 印字線に沿って並べて設けられた印字ハンマと、印字用
    紙を反印字ハンマ側に押圧する上端部及び前記印字ハン
    マの回転支点より下側後方に位置する回転支点との間に
    印字ハンマの下方に位置する面を有する用紙押え板を印
    字ハンマの下方に印字線に沿って複数側進べて設けた用
    紙押え機構てあって、 前記用紙押え板の上端部と回転支点間の印字ノ＼ンマの
    下方に位置する面に用紙粉を通過させる穴を設けたこと
    を特徴とする用紙押え機構。
