[Detailed Description of the Invention] In Japan, printing type original plates for copying machines are generally created using Japanese typewriters, and this type of typewriter has a standard number of over 300 typefaces.
The machine itself is large and heavy, requires considerable skill to operate, and is extremely expensive, being several times as expensive as a copying machine.

On the other hand, in foreign countries that use European terminology, European typewriters are used that have at most five stitches of keys and the type is fixed to the keys, and their operation is much more difficult than that of Japanese typewriters. Because it is easy and convenient, and the price is about the same as or less than that of a copying machine, the administrative process for creating printing-type master plates for copying machines is speedy and the costs are lower than in Japan. Furthermore, portable Roman typewriters have the advantage of being small and lightweight, making them easy to carry. In recent years, school education in Japan has placed less emphasis on learning kanji than in the past, so young Japanese typists often use index books to search for printed characters that correspond to kanji written in manuscripts. I am in a situation where I am wasting my time.

On the other hand, in order for Japan to cope with the trend of increasing exchanges in various fields with foreign countries such as China that use different fonts, the number of characters that Japanese style typewriters must hold will further increase. This is unavoidable, and for this reason, there is a need for a simple method for making printing type master plates for copying machines. However, it is important that the device be small and lightweight, easy to operate, and inexpensive. The present invention has been devised to meet such demands, and will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the structure of the paper pattern, Fig. 2 is a sectional view thereof, and Fig. 3 is a sectional view thereof. The figure is a partially cutaway perspective view showing the configuration of the printing box.

As shown in Fig. 1, a square or circular shape is printed on a mount 1 of a predetermined size such as BS size or B4 size, which is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 of a deep hue by a copying machine. A comparatively thick white paper pattern 3 in the form of a graph paper, in which a large number of blank spaces 4 are opened at appropriate intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions, is attached to the adhesive 2.
It is pasted through. On the other hand, this pattern 3 is 8U,
A printing foil 6 is prepared in which a printing piece 5 to be iron-inserted is housed in the blank space 4 of the paper pattern 3.

This printing foil 6 is made of wood, synthetic resin, etc.
It has a large number of cells 7 having approximately the same size and appropriate depth as each of the hollow spaces 4. In addition, one of the vertical and horizontal bars 8, 82 for partitioning these boxes 7, for example, the vertical machine 8, is made wider and thicker than the horizontal machine 82, and this box is placed on the side of each box 7 of the vertical machine 8. It is desirable to display the same characters and symbols as those of the printed piece 5 that should be stored in the printed piece 7. Inside this printing box 6, as shown in Fig. 4, kanji,
The printing piece 5 is made of a smooth piece of paper on which katakana, hiragana, numbers, punctuation marks, foreign characters, etc. are printed on white paper.
A plurality of identical printed pieces 5 are stored in each box 7 in a stacked state.

In addition to this printed piece 5, there is also a blank piece of paper 9 on which nothing is printed.
It is preferable to prepare and store it in the extra space of the printing box 6. The corresponding printed pieces 5 or blank paper pieces 9 are selected from each box 7 of the printing box 6 constructed in this manner, and are successively placed into the blank space 4 of the pattern 3 and adhesively fixed in the blank space 4 using the adhesive 2. .

Each printed piece 5 or blank piece of paper 9 is extracted from this printing box 6.
As a tool for taking out the odor and fitting it into the blank space 4 of the pattern, as shown in Fig. 5, there is a spot type adsorption odor 13 equipped with a rubber suction cup 11 at the lower end of a cylinder 10 and a rubber bag 12 at the upper end. You can use Of course, this suction cup 11 has a size that allows it to be inserted into each of the boxes 7 of the printing box 6. FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the mount, in which the adhesive 22 applied to the mount 21 is made of hot-melt adhesive, so that the printed piece 5 can be placed in the blank space 24 of the pattern 23. The printed piece 5 is not adhered to the mount 21 when the iron cutter is used.

Therefore, in this case, after each printed piece 5 is iron-fitted into the blank space 24, after checking for typographical errors and proofreading, the mount 2 is
A metal 25 is placed on the bottom surface of the paper 1, a glass plate 26 is placed on the top surface, and the metal plate 25 is heated from the back side to melt the adhesive 22 and adhere each printed piece 5 onto the mount 21. . The printing type original plate according to the present invention is constructed as described above,
The number of printing pieces 5, which is about the same number as the standard type held by conventional Japanese typewriters, is prepared and stored in the printing box 6. However, when using this type of method, many manuscripts can be printed. Writers do not use all typefaces,
Since the manuscript is created based on the knowledge of the respective field, the number of commonly used characters is considerably smaller than the standard number of characters retained by the Japanese typewriter.

Therefore, the author can write the manuscript by selecting and organizing these commonly used characters, and arranging the headings in the printing box according to a convenient method such as kanji in alphabetical order, alphabetical order, or stroke number order. Instead, it is convenient to be able to directly create an original plate using this method without any operational difficulties. Also, since the paper and other materials used in this method are lightweight, you can set it up compactly and carry this set with you when traveling domestically or abroad, and create the original version directly on-site and use it as a report. There are benefits that can be achieved. Furthermore, if a mount 21 with hot melt adhesive 22 as shown in Fig. 6 is used, it becomes possible to proofread to check for typographical errors, and therefore, if a Japanese style typewriter is used, the typographical errors can be erased to ensure accuracy. However, the method of the present invention has the advantage that proofreading is easy and the finishing can be done neatly, since the printed piece can be simply replaced and the metal plate can be heated and bonded after proofreading. be.

Therefore, in carrying out the method of the present invention, it is necessary to finish the surface of the paper pieces to be sucked up from the printing box to have a high level of smoothness in order to achieve the suction effect. In addition, by pasting all of the empty spaces on the pattern paper using the printed piece 5 and the MUJI Arashiyama blank paper piece 9, the entire surface of the pattern paper can be made flat, so copies made using a copier will be even more clear and beautiful. There is an effect that can be obtained. Further, for formulas, drawings, etc., it is sufficient to cut out a part of the paper pattern, insert it into that part, and paste it, so there is no particular problem. As mentioned above, the printing type original plate for copying machines of the present invention can be used by many people, since the equipment and paper used therein can be obtained at extremely low cost, and there is almost no need to learn how to operate the equipment. It can be made in a simple and advantageous manner.
