なシャツタ装置の提供を目的とする。A rack 11 is attached to the back of the first shutter 0,
By the forward and reverse rotation of the pinion 4c engaged with the rack l1, the first shirt sleeve 10 is smoothly moved up and down in the groove of the guide rail via the rollers 19 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 attached to both sides thereof. Pulley 4 coaxial with pinion 4c
b is connected to a pulley 4a of the motor 4 by a belt 4d. The motor 4 rotates in forward and reverse directions according to control signals. A belt conveyor 2 is disposed within the cabinet 1 for placing presented tickets and conveying discontinued tickets to a discontinued ticket box 5. A motor 3 is provided to drive the belt conveyor 2 by a signal. The obsolete ticket box 5 is provided with a wall plate 8 that hangs down with a small gap between it and the belt conveyor 2 in front of it, and cuts or closes the small gap to prevent ticket removal and to place tickets. A second shirt plate driven by a second illustrated pulley 20d for limiting the area to be layered is provided and is operated in conjunction with the first shirt plate via a drive device (not shown). An ITV camera 6 is installed between the first shirt holder 10 and the second shirt holder 20 to photograph an object such as a train ticket or commuter pass presented on the belt conveyor 2 outside the monitor in the central control room. An illuminator 7 is installed to obtain sufficient brightness for imaging. Also, in order to perform a linked operation between the first shirt jacket 10 and the second shirt jacket 20, photo sensors 25a, 25b, 2
5c and a microswitch (not shown) are provided. In this way, when paying, the presence of a person in front of the totalizing machine is detected by means of a treadle, etc., the first shirt is opened 10, the connecting ticket is presented to the field of view 9 of the ITV camera 6, and then the first shirt is opened. When the first shirt cover 10 is closed and a detection sensor such as a microswitch provided at the lower limit (not shown) detects that the lower limit has been reached, the ITV camera 6 detects the ticket or The commuter pass is observed and the payment process is processed. After processing, the second shirt card 20 is opened and the ticket is conveyed to the obsolete ticket box 5 on the belt conveyor 2. The second shirt card 20 is closed again and the second shirt card is opened. Returns to standby state with locked state. In the case of a commuter pass, the ticket is returned to the customer service area, the first shutter 0 is opened, the return is confirmed, and the first shutter 0 is closed again to enter a standby state. In this way, the first shirt cover 10 and the second shirt cover 20 are prevented from being tampered with or fraudulently opened and closed alternately. By the way, opening and closing operations of the first shirt cover 10 during customer service must not cause any injury. Therefore, when looking at the relationship between the first shirt jacket 10 and a person from the viewpoint of safety measures, it is conceivable to detect whether or not there is a human hand under the first shirt jacket 10. As a method for this detection, for example, a means of arranging a plurality of photo sensors facing each other on both sides of the first shirt jacket 10 can be considered. In this case, the photo sensor may be placed in the space before and after the first shutter 0 or on the orbit of the photo sensor, which is an ideal position but cannot be attached structurally. If an opposing sensor is placed on the customer service side of Shirt Yu 10, ignoring the impossible installation on an orbit, for example, it may be placed on the front of Shirt Yu 10 so that a customer in a hurry can receive a commuter pass inserted into the payment machine immediately after monitoring it. When the customer waits with his or her hand out at the last minute, the opposing sensor determines that the customer's hand is under the first shirt, and the shirt is left open. In this case, the customer does not know why the shirt is not closed and has to press the call button without taking any corrective action. Therefore, placing the sensor on the customer service side of the shirt is problematic. For this reason, it is common knowledge that the sensors 25a, 25b, and 25c are placed behind the shirt. However, even if the sensor is placed behind the shirt sleeve, there is a possibility that a finger may be inserted between a short distance corresponding to the thickness of the shirt sleeve. The shirt was closed and his fingers were caught in the shirt. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, this danger prevention device has conventionally been provided with a vertically movable detection lever 12' that is fixed to a boss 14 on the main shirt shirt side through a hole 15 at the lower end of the first shirt jacket 10. A microswitch 16 is provided which operates when the detection lever 12' is pushed up when a human hand or other object is present between the detection lever' and the board 13. was sent to open the first shirt by reversing the motor.
In this way, the opening and closing operation of the shirt is controlled by the micro switch 16.
Since the motor is rotated forward and backward using a spear relay, there is a defect that due to poor contact with microswitches, etc., the motor does not rotate as instructed or runs out of control, causing harm to customers. From this point of view, the present invention eliminates the above-mentioned defects,
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a safer shirt-tapping device in the customer service aspect of an automatic ticket accumulating machine.

ものに広く応用できる。According to the present invention, in a vertically movable shirt cover that opens and closes a ticket outlet disposed on a customer service area, the shirt cover is arranged such that its lowering stop position is aligned with the corresponding board at the lower end of the ticket outlet. Consisting of a main shirt cover with a movement stroke that leaves a gap between which the fingertips will not get caught, and an auxiliary shirt cover that closes the gap and is attached to the main shirt cover so that it can be operated continuously. A photo sensor is provided at the rear of the auxiliary shirt jacket to detect that a palm or arm is inserted into the ticket slot, and the main shirt jacket is controlled to stop descending based on a detection signal from the photo sensor. , and the auxiliary jacket is configured to move relative to the main shirt when it is prevented from lowering. In this way, the present invention consists of a two-tiered shirt jacket with an auxiliary shirt jacket attached to the main shirt jacket, and when the shirt jacket is closed, the fingertip that has intervened in the gap remains and the shirt jacket is removed in the area detected by the photo sensor. When a finger is pinched, the auxiliary shirt is pushed up against a light spring force to prevent injury to the finger. The configuration will be described below with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7. FIG. 4 is a front view of a first shirt sleeve according to an embodiment of the present invention. We will omit the explanation of the parts that are the same as the subordinate type shown in Figure 2, and will only focus on the parts that are different. Among the stroke parts that move up and down, the shirt cover 101 uses the spring 3 to perform a small stroke part in a limited range due to an object when an object is interposed between the main shirt plate of the large stroke part and the lower end of the main shirt plate and the main shirt plate 13.
Auxiliary shirt that is pushed up against 3 and is stretchable Yu 3
It is configured in two stages with 0 and 0. That is, the lower end of the main shirt is limited by a short cut that does not reach the substrate 13, or the stroke is limited by stoppers 17 and 18, etc., which have upper limits 17b, 18b and lower limits 17a, 18a, so that fingers do not get caught between it and the substrate 13. Try to stop while leaving a certain constraint distance,
Then, an auxiliary shirt holder 30 having a length that covers the remaining constrained distance is connected via a slide mechanism to form a two-stage shirt holder. In the illustrated embodiment, the connecting structure between the main shirt sleeve 101 and the auxiliary shirt sleeve 30 is as shown in detail in FIG. The protrusion 31 fixed to the main shirt cover 101 side and the protrusion 32 fixed to the auxiliary shutter 30 side repel each other by a spring 33 through a perforated window 34 in the midsection of the sub-shirt cover 30. When engaged, the auxiliary shirt 30 is pushed up against the light spring force to prevent injury if a finger is caught. The auxiliary shirt sleeve 30' is slidably provided by a guide rail 39 attached to the main shirt sleeve 101 with screws 40. In addition, in relation to the second shirt cover, there is a part where the movement curves of the two intersect, and when the first shirt cover 10 is opened, the second shirt cover is closed, but when the first shirt cover 10 is closed, the second shirt cover is closed. The related operation is performed so that the second shirt cover 20 is opened from a state where it is closed to an acceptable degree on the verge of closing. Also, when the first shutter 0 is open even a little, the second shutter 20 is always closed, and it also serves to ensure that the second shutter 20 can only be opened after the first shutter 10 is completely closed. . As shown in the enlarged views of main parts in FIGS. 6 and 7, the auxiliary shirt jacket 30 is constantly pressed downward by a spring 33, and the upper part is bent to prevent the auxiliary shirt jacket 30 from falling off. A sliding guide rail 39 on which the curved piece is engaged is provided, and the guide rail 39 also serves as a lower limit stopper for the auxiliary shirt cover 30. Figure 6 is the first
The shutter 101 is shown in a normally closed state, and FIG. 7 shows a state in which the customer's finger is on the lower surface of the shirt cover 2 at a position where it does not reach the opposing sensor 25a, and the auxiliary shirt cover 3 is
0 is pushed up the required stroke leaving a light spring force that does not harm the fingers. As described above, according to the shirtter device of the present invention, the first shirtter on the customer service side has a two-stage shirtter structure consisting of the main shirtter and the auxiliary shirtter, and when a finger is pinched by the shirtter, the auxiliary shirtter gives a slight reaction to the finger. Just by applying force, the auxiliary shirt is pushed upwards to the outside, easily securing a space the width of a finger, which prevents accidents and injuries, as well as creating a gap with the board or causing a collision, as in the case of a one-piece shirt. The structure is simple, so that when the shutter is closed like a shutter, it is pushed in a little to prevent a gap from forming, and the spring of the auxiliary shirt holder acts as a cushion when the shirt holder is closed. It also has the effect of closing the shirt cover without impact. In the explanation, an automatic ticket accumulating machine has been described, but the present invention can also be widely applied to other machines that use a ticket dispenser, such as automatic vending machines and automatic payment machines.
