Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 高濃度ＳＯｘと、低濃度ＮＨａとを含むガス番を扱う系
    に設置したプローブによりガスを採取し、採取したガ支
    をＮＨ，ガス分析計に導く相当長の導管４１を備えた試
    料ガス採取導管４であって、前記導管４１がステンレス
    鋼鋼管５ＵＳ３０．４、ニッケル管もしくは二酸化けい
    素を主成分とするガラス材質の管で構成され、該導管４
    １を３００″Ｃ以上に加熱する絶縁被覆されたヒータ４
    ２を該導管に沿って設けたことを特徴とする試料ガス採
    取導管。
