Abstract

PURPOSE:To make manufacturing of a car easy by providing a portion corresponding to a corner portion with a projected portion having a lip in the captioned molding which is suitable for covering an omitted portion of a movable window glass which is installed at the movable window portion of a car. CONSTITUTION:This molding 4 is installed at a metallic profile 6 that consists of roll molded article having an unusual sectional form of a metallic strip and at an end portion which corresponds to the corner portion 5 of said profile. This molding 4 has a triangular metallic plate 16. And in the metallic profile 6, a lip 7 which extends from upper and lower portions of its rising portion 6a so as to make contact with a movable window glass 3, a resin portion 11 which covers the side wall and the upper and lower end portions of the rising portion 6a, and a resin portion 12 which covers the lower end of a folding back portion 6b are provided in a body. The metallic plate 16 is installed at a notch portion 13 formed by cutting the rising portion 6a of the metallic profile 6, and the surface of the plate is covered with a resin portion 18 thereby it is formed as a projected portion 19. And a second lip 20 is provided extendedly on the upper edge portion of this projected portion 19.
