  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　本体ケースと、ダストケースとを備え、このダスト
    ケースはその上面側に吸気口を形設し、その前面側及び
    その下面側に開・密閉自在の前蓋及び集塵用袋取り出し
    用下蓋をそれぞれ設け、さらにダストケース内に前蓋を
    開放することによって生ずる開口から装着される集塵用
    袋の袋口を係止させる一対め袋口係止片を吸気口を介し
    て対向して設置し、かつダストケース外にそれらの係止
    片を係止及び係止解除させるための操作体を設置してな
    る電気掃除機。 ２　係止片及び操作体がダストケース外に突出する押ボ
    タンと、この押ボタンの操作によってスライド移動でき
    先端にラック部を備えた操作軸と、このラック部に係合
    するピニオン部を備えた回転軸と、この回転軸の側胴よ
    り水平に延びろ水平係止部とからなる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の電気掃除機。
