Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 夫々相異なる基準電圧を設定する基準電圧設定回路のう
    ちの任意の１つの基準電圧をダイオードを介して選択的
    に処理回路に供給するように構成された設定信号切換回
    路において、前記ダイオードと処理回路との間に、前記
    ダイオードと略々同一の温度特性を備えた温度補償用ダ
    イオードを帰還回路に有する非反転増幅器を電気的に直
    列に接続すると共に、該非反転増幅器の夫々の入力に略
    々同一の抵抗値を有した負荷抵抗を電気的並列に接続し
    たことを特徴とする設定信号切換回路。
