However, shielded wires with a conventional structure in which metal foil is directly attached vertically on an insulated conductor have poor flexibility, and the shield layer has extremely poor bending characteristics such as bending and rupture, and the shielding characteristics deteriorate during use. It had the disadvantage of

is wound. 7 is a composite film formed by integrating a metal foil 5, a plastic film 12, and a base material 6 such as paper or cloth, and 8 is a drain line arranged so as to be in contact with the metal foil surface of the composite film 7. . What is important here is that the composite film 7 and the drain wire 8 are attached vertically at the same time, and the second string-like material 9 is wound thereon at the middle of the winding pitch of the first string-like material 4. This is a point that will continue. The composite film 7 and the drain wire 8 have a continuous wavy structure in the longitudinal direction of the wire along the first string material 40 winding layer. In this case, the composite film 7 can be formed into a corrugated shape without being subjected to excessive tension. 10 is a protective coating layer covering these. Note that the above-mentioned string-like material refers to a string made of plastic monofilament, a string made of twisted fibers, or a strip obtained by cutting a plastic tape in the longitudinal direction.

ある。In shielded wires with a conventional structure in which a composite film is vertically attached directly onto an insulated conductor, an excessive stretching force is applied to the bent part of the composite film when bent, and the shield layer easily breaks due to repeated stretching, resulting in a decrease in shielding properties. The result is On the other hand, the shielded wire obtained according to the present invention has the first and second
Because the composite film 7 is structured to wave in the longitudinal direction of the wire due to the action of the string-like material 4.9, even if a stretching force is applied to the bent portion of the composite film 7 during bending, the first and second 2
When the strings 4 and 9 become loose, the waveform formed on the composite film deforms into a slightly flat shape and absorbs the stretching force. Therefore, the composite film 7 can sufficiently withstand repeated bending without being subjected to excessive tension.

There was no breakage of the shield layer, the initial shielding properties were maintained, and the flexibility was good. As a comparative example, a shielded wire with a conventional structure in which the above composite film was directly longitudinally attached to an insulated conductor without using a string-like material was shown to have a shielding layer that was broken when the same bending as in the example was repeated 500 times, and the shielding properties were significantly deteriorated. decreased.
